Overview:
DURALOY™ Pipe provides maximum service life for all severe abrasive material handling applications. DURALOY pipe is welded using a unique welding technique which creates a layer with uniform hardness inside a carbon steel pipe.
Specifications:
- Pipe size: 4” to 24”
- Length:
- Pipe sizes less than 10”: Custom lengths up to 20’
- Pipe sizes 10” or larger: Custom lengths up to 10’
- Flange type:
- Class 150 and 300 ANSI flange
- Bevel or plain end
- Custom flanges available
- Nominal Hardness: 55 to 68 HRC depending on grade of weld overlay
